Each of the workshop topics is available in two forms:
- Master Classes are short, off-the-shelf events (c.1.5 to 3.0 hours) that deliver something quick but with real impact and flexible delivery (this can often mean using lunch time or the beginning/end of the working day). They take account of hard-pressed budgets, by accommodating a decent sized group of professionals, at a relatively low cost per participant. Practical, hard-working, and packing a punch.
- Bespoke programmes usually last from a half to two days (the latter often split into a series of shorter modules). They meet the specific development requirements of an identified population (e.g. partners or associates in a department or practice group) by first scoping their needs, and then providing inputs and content tailored specifically to address key issues. It takes a bit more time and resource – but the results are always significant in their impact.
These programmes offer engaging content and proven approaches, designed specifically to suit the professional mind-set. When combined with Coaching and other implementation-focused inputs, they form a platform for the achievement of real, positive behavioural change.
